Social media management for a remodeling or general contracting business
For a remodeler, social is not a lead channel and pretending otherwise wastes the budget. It is the place a homeowner checks after your name comes up, and a page whose last post is from 2023 costs you jobs quietly. What it should show is recent work, in progress and finished, in towns nearby.
Three posts a week is plenty: one progress shot from an active job, one finished room, one short answer to a question you get asked at every estimate. The mistake is hiring someone to post generic home improvement tips and quote graphics. Nobody hires a contractor because of a quote graphic. They hire because they saw a bathroom in their neighborhood and it looked like the one they want.
Two weeks in, working looks like a page with twelve recent posts of your own work, saves and shares outrunning likes, and one or two DMs asking what a room like that costs. Treat those DMs the way you treat a phone call, because that is what they are.
